Digital Marketing Content Creator

The Digital Marketing Content Creator role will support TechNerds Inc. overall Marketing, Sales and content efforts and is an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets for both clients and the company brand. This role involves overseeing the overall digital marketing strategy, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to ensure digital growth.

Job Responsibilities:

· Helping define our brand story through effective digital content creation

· The design, creation, delivery, and execution of digital marketing strategies to support the expansion and growth of the company's services and products

· Working collaboratively with Digital marketing department to create Social media Grids, Content creation, Monitoring and reporting of analytics

· Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)

· Explore the utilization of market-leading, multi-channel communication developments and technologies to keep all our audiences informed, engaged and connected

· Establish best practices in digital marketing

· Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments

· Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns

· Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction

· Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results

Job Requirements & Core Competence:

· Impeccable writing and editorial skills, with an outstanding command of the English language

· The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.

· Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of campaigns and content

· Able to screen out sales pitches and look for the relevant brand and customer story.

· Experience in developing, executing, and sustaining brand identities for companies and institutions

· The ability to work both autonomously and in collaborative settings while keeping tasks organized and meeting multiple deadlines consistently

· Strong communications ability to ensure shared understanding at all times of project goals, assigned tasks, and completion status

· Understanding of web analytics
