We are looking for a Senior Hr Manager
- Designing as well as implementing company policies to promote a healthy environment
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Supporting and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process and candidate personality assessment
- Maintaining HR procedures in compliance with regulations
- Ensuring HR team addresses the requests and complaints of employees in a timely manner
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Reviewing departmental budgets and also reporting on them
- Monitoring HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire and turnover rates)
- Discussing the career development paths of employees with Managers
- Hosting and organizing the company’s recruitment events
- Developing benefits and compensation plans
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager in IT Industry / Software Industry
- Minimum 8 years experience in relevant field
- Experience with HR Management Software (e.g., HR.my, or any other good recommended payroll systems)
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Good connections with IT experts on LinkedIn and should have good PR with IT companies.
- Excellent leadership skills
- People-friendly and ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Exceptional management and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
