Sr. Business Development Representative

TechNerds is seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Business Development Officer to join our team and help us grow our business on Upwork. As a Sr. Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for bidding on Upwork and submitting proposals for web design & development, mobile app development, SEO, and content writing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and respond to Upwork job postings related to web design & development, mobile app development, SEO, and content writing.
Analyze project requirements and develop compelling proposals that highlight our capabilities and experience.
Collaborate with our team of experts to develop estimates, timelines, and budgets for each project.
Maintain a high level of communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure their needs are being met.
Use your expertise to guide clients in developing project scopes and identifying areas for growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to the Upwork platform to ensure our proposals are effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development and sales in the IT industry
Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with web design & development, mobile app development, and SEO
