Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles independently, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Recruiter Lite to identify and engage potential candidates effectively. Conduct targeted headhunting and talent sourcing to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals. Leverage and maintain an active LinkedIn presence with a robust network of professional connections. Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the technology sector. Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn and Recruiter Lite tools. Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally. An active LinkedIn profile with established professional connections relevant to tech recruitment.
