Good knowledge of social indicators and how they can be used to understand socio-economic and development status of a particular geographical area
Understanding of current affairs
Experience of working on data related to people at the grassroot level
Ability to Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and present it in an objective and summative manner
Exceptionally talented in conducting online research on secondary sources of data and extracting meaningful information
Knowledge of the different types of surveys and assessments carried out by organizations like Pakistan Bureau of Statistics and Provincial Statistics Divisions/Departments/Ministries
Good knowledge of social media platforms especially Facebook
Experience in managing a social media page would be an added advantage
Excellent understanding of MS Office especially Excel
Good understanding of tools like SPSS, R and other data processing tools

Added Qualifications

Creative person who can come up with new ideas and think of innovative approaches in their work
Self-starter person who can take initiatives on their own and require limited supervision
Desirable personality who can work with a team comprising of a diverse set of skills and professional backgrounds
Ability to give quality inputs to the software development team in analyzing and visualizing processed data
Can prepare quality professional reports for senior management and clients of the company
