- Record and classify financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
- Assist in the annual financial audit process.
- Provide support to other departments in financial matters and answer accounting-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant with at least [X years] of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
