Now hiring for the post of R&D Chemist for skincare, cosmetic and haircare formulations development.

The company has setup an R&D unit that is developing innovative formulations. Candidates with experience in lab environment, developing new formulations, researching trends and product developments in the skincare, cosmetics sector are encouraged to apply with their CV.

Job Responsibilties

- Creating lab samples

- Developing formulations as per guidelines provided and marketing claims

- Maintaining BMI for all production formulas and maintaining production and quality control log of production sites and managing their batch records.

- Maintaining the lab in an organized and sterile condition

- Conducting testing of formulations (PH, Viscosity and preparing MSDS, INCI files and CoAs

- Coordinating purchases of raw materials with local and international suppliers

- Ensuring compliance and quality control and management of all materials on ERP and co ordinating with the production department.
