We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and support customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, driving engagement on LinkedIn, and creating engaging content that resonates with school business managers, finance leads, and education professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to generate leads and drive website traffic.
Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies, including organic and paid content, to increase visibility and engagement with key decision-makers.
Write, design, and publish high-quality social media content, including posts, banners, infographics, and case studies.
Analyse performance metrics and provide monthly reports on engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align campaigns with sales targets, webinars, and product launches.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Strong skills in content creation – both written and visual (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
Solid understanding of performance analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
Experience in lead generation and B2B marketing – preferably within the education or software sector.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with UK schools or the education sector marketing.
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and web content strategy.
