We\'re hiring an IT Recruiter with a focus on sourcing top-tier software development talent. Your role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled software developers. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source software developers, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates\' technical skills.
  3. Technical Interviews: Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate candidates\' coding abilities and problem-solving skills.
  4. Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical needs.
  5. Candidate Presentation: Present qualified software developers to clients, highlighting their technical expertise and suitability for the role.
  6. Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure a successful hire.
  7. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on software development trends, technologies, and market demands.
  9. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate candidate and client records.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on software development roles.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development concepts, programming languages, and technologies.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Negotiation Abilities: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions.
  5. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects.
  6. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  8. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
  9. Education: Bachelor\'s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or a related field.
