We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Tester with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in testing mobile applications, web applications, and usability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring software quality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless digital products.

Responsibilities:

Mobile Application Testing:

Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications across various platforms (iOS and Android).
Identify and document defects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide valuable input during the development process.

Web Application Testing:

Perform end-to-end testing of web applications to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance.
Create and execute test cases for web-based features and functionalities.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles to provide continuous feedback and ensure timely release of high-quality software.

Usability Testing:

Evaluate the user interface and overall user experience of applications.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving usability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.

Automation:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile and web applications.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to ensure the reliability of automated tests.
Continuously explore opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in QA testing, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset to identify and address potential issues.
Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
