Job Responsibilities:

Providing support to Key clients

Search CVs from Tecno Pack Telecom Pvt Ltd database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
Attending customer queries and helping them.
Accompany senior team members on client meetings and trainings on Tecno Pack Telecom Pvt Ltd online recruitment tools.
Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use Tecno Pack Telecom Pvt Ltd as their primary recruitment platform.
Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management.
Must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office tools
Can Handle workload and work pressure
