Overall goal and key results as expected:

Tehzeeb Bakers is seeking to hire a creative individual for its Cooperate Communication Department. She will be working closely with the digital team in handling company’s online presence, in monitoring and responding to customers in a social way while cultivating leads, in generating new strategies and plans, in the overall implementation of the digital campaign execution, and also will be responsible for the implementation of the organization’s upcoming events and projects.

She will be expected to:

Manage the implementation of the overall assigned project.
Ensure effective management of the project in view of deadlines, quality control and efficient use of office resources and equipment.
Must possess a general knowledge of interior design.
Perform as a good team player, both within the digital team as well as between other departments.
Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (i.e content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
Contribute to other projects when required.
Brainstorming new and innovative ideas/trends.
Self-driven and motivated.

Summary of Key Function:

She has a creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
She is an up-to date with industry leading software (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, lightroom etc.).
She is an up-to date with industry on-going and upcoming new trends and strategies.
Person with good sketching and drawing skills will be given preference.
She has a good command on photography.
Video/documentary making and editing (pre-production and post-production).
Ensuring Strategic direction of the project operations.

Applicant must have a portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and photography.
