To assist the Director of Strategic Relations in establishing and managing partnerships and alliances, fostering relationship with relevant stakeholders for enhancing market presence in order to generate business. This would entail conducting follow-up activities with concerned organizations/institutions, at the appropriate levels, in order to create/establish/ strengthen conducive business relationships; in addition, also performing related tasks as per the directives of the Director of Strategic Relations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Director in planning and executing strategic outreach initiatives to grow the client base and improve retention.
Establish/ sustain business links with organizations/institutions.
Identify business opportunities with organizations/institutions.
Survey/study the market for identifying trends and opportunities.
Assist the Director in tasks related to strategic relations as required.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other degree in a relevant field

For this purpose, we have qualified engineers (having degree in electronics/electrical engineering) who, on a complaint, visit the customers on-site within 24 Hrs. and provide the needed help. To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
