• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the alerts against various Sanctions/ PEP/ Adverse media lists and provide expert judgment regarding match validity.
  • Ensure sanctions screening alerts are handled in accordance with defined procedures and meet standards for both quality and timeliness.
  • Closure of sanction screening and PEP alerts with proper case management and record of proper evidences/communications.
  • Identify suspicious transactions and arrange all documentation for reporting of suspicious transactions to Financial Monitoring Unit for timely reporting of STRs.
  • Responsible for resolving generated alerts within the turnaround time (TAT).
  • To perform periodic reconciliation for sanctions/PEP screening along with other reconciliation exercises performed by the team.
  • Assist with the preparation of MIS reports and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing development of the sanctions screening systems, including User Acceptance Testing (UATs) as needed.
  • Any other associated duties required from time to time to meet the departmental responsibilities.
