- Work with banking team to manage requirements specification, determine solution approach, define solution scope, ensure quality of solution delivery
- Ensuring new services and updates in existing are done according to defined processes ensuring (but not limited to) Impact analysis, monitoring of services, Service Capacity/expansion management, operational processes, Training and handover to Operations teams.
- To set discussion on business requirements, evaluate CR’s and there effective implementation
- To conduct project cycles integration with respective systems, perform SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsals & Go Live activity
