- Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Maintain high standards of software quality
- Collaborate with other developers, project managers and architects to build custom solutions
- Manage peer review sessions
- Participate in scoping and estimating exercises to ensure the proposed project deliverable is aligned with the hours necessary to execute
- Assist in formalizing development standards to align the development process as the team grows
