- Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end solution & architecture design of designated projects pertaining to core wallet platform (EWP) and supporting systems.
- Complete technical design and evaluation of the existing solutions as per best practices and industry standards. Participate in business requirement discussion; understand current systems design and implementation, to work out end-to-end integration solutions. Also, participate and review at system analysis, development, integration, and testing stage to ensure the overall solution is aligned with no gaps.
- Should be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Operational impact analysis of all existing and roadmap business requirements.
- Should be at all times aware of the latest trends and technologies and regulations in the Fintech, SME and payments area.
- Efficient and smooth delivery of solutions to business requirements.
- Must be able to translate the solutions into cost effective TCO for the company.
- Capacity and Performance analysis for new and existing applications.
- Ability to present at management level with relevant details.
- Should be able to work in cross functional and matrix team organizations. Collaboration with Telenor bank’s product development, business development, and software development department in order to understand and deliver the new products and features according to the expectations and within timelines
- Adaptability for change and constant renewal.
- Should have ability to work at any level.
- Good knowledge of project management/program management.
- Knowledge of IS/IT security and Quality control regimes.
- SBP Payments Regulations knowledge and their implementation.
- Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
- Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities
