Unit Manager Regional Business

The incumbent is responsible to manage the onboarded partners, assigning them targets, hand holding in their journey and run time support. He needs to ensure governance & relationship with the partners for their expansion done on ground. He will also ensure to sell the Salary Disbursement product to SME’s and build the SD portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify, measure, monitor and mitigate risks in the implementation and execution of branchless banking business on nationwide business partners.
Responsible for deployment, execution and performance/uptake of throughput and other products designed to increases FS business and revenues
Responsible to add SME’s through Salary Disbursement product and build the portfolio.
Maintain portfolio of Salary Disbursement across the regions and regular visits them as a POC from the Telenor Bank side.
Liaison with Bank Channel teams in all regions to expand the SD portfolio nationwide.
Execute the MA Strategy with all onboarded partners nationwide.
Performance improvement through operational reviews combined with strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Coordination with Product Planning team for Channel related & Regional campaigns advance calendar and aligning resources for pro-active roll out.
Developed an effective communication & relationship between partners and TB on day to day operational challenges
Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities.
