Responsibilities
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
- Communicating with our customers in effective manner
- Negotiating easy terms for flight tickets & other travel arrangements
- Identifying consumer’s needs, clarify information, resolve customer issues by providing easy solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers
Requirements
- Excellent spoken & written English communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role or travel agent would be a plus point
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- High School degree or higher
- Long term commitment
- Willingness to work in the flexible shifts
- Good at handling the pressure
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Note: Please note that we are Located in DHA & This is afternoon till night (Second shift Job)
