In this role, you will lead a team of field sales representatives to implement the sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets within a specific territory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive activation initiatives and ensure accurate performance reporting, playing a key role in delivering business growth and category development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the field sales team, collaborating with the sales capability team to design and deliver impactful training programs.
- Develop and manage an annual business unit plan focused on achieving channel revenue KPIs and targets, providing timely and accurate reporting as needed.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to enable best-in-class execution of category strategies.
- Partner with account teams, category managers, activation teams, sales capability, and customer finance to maximize returns across the assigned area.
- Gain deep insights into category performance and coach the team on using category tools effectively to engage customers, influence decisions, and drive category growth aligned with annual plans.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (BBA/MBA).
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and routes-to-market relevant to Mondelēz International’s business.
- Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong perseverance to meet and exceed sales objectives.
