We are seeking a talented and creative Textile Designer to join our team at TEXHUB. The Textile Designer will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing textile patterns and prints that align with our brand aesthetic and market demands. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in design software, and a passion for textiles and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new textile patterns, prints, and colorways that reflect current trends and market demands.
- Research emerging trends, color forecasts, and textile techniques to inform design concepts and development.
- Create original textile designs using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other CAD programs.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for textile patterns, including color matching, scale, and repeat layouts.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless transition from design concept to manufacturing, providing guidance and support throughout the production process.
- Review and approve strike-offs, color proofs, and production samples to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
- Maintain organized design archives and documentation of all design concepts, iterations, and final approvals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to present design concepts to clients and participate in product development meetings as needed.
Requirement:
Proven Work experience as a textile designer.
