Ensure timely maintenance & repair of all sanitary fixtures and electrical fixtures/wiring/appliances.
Ensure judicious utilization of Facility’s staff and resources.
Ensure immediate drainage of rainwater in case of heavy rains.
Supervise work of contractors as per direction/contract.
Carry out general and master maintenance of all buildings.
Implement HSE standards in all works/contracts.
Ensure top class housekeeping.
Maintain the fire extinguishers installed to ensure that at least 95% are operational in case of emergency.
Ensure timely closure of all raised Near Misses/Unsafe Conditions.
