Job Summary:

Responsible to achieve liability targets and effective management of the unit under command while ensuring full compliance with operational risk management policies & procedures and extending full support by operational staff by adopting a problem-solving approach for achieving the area's operational goals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role (Bulleted):

Achievement Of Targets:

Achievement of CASA and Total! Deposit Targets of the area on monthly basis.
Supervise and follow up of daily monitoring routine of BMs. Random calling of branches.
Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Area on monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers in the Area and ensure continuous relationship deepening exercise at area branches with existing customers.
Ensure relationship deepening constantly and manage portfolio.
The constant tapping of target marker and introduction of the bank to potential customers. Achievement of Account Opening Targets of area.
Meeting the clients and maintaining follow up record with potential customers.
Make Strategy to achieve the allocated target of the area.
Follow up with staff of area branches for achievement of individual assigned targets.

Audit Operational Control &Compliance:

Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures, extending full support to operational staff, adopting problem solving approach to achieving area's operational goals.
Improvement in Audit Category by improving working of area branches and implementing Policies and procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines and PRs.
Rectification of Audit irregularities pointed out with an aim to build an operational How in area branches to minimize chances of repetition of Audie irregularities in future and closure of previous Audit Reports.
Implementation of DCFC & RCSA, its daily Updation and its consistent review.
Ensure opening of Accounts in Prudent manner.

Quality Assurance & Appraisal of Staff:

Bringing Quality to Customer Service by continuously improving existing processes.
Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branches under his command by-designing and implementing smooth workflow and Improving QA Audit category.
Implementing and monitoring TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and enquiries.
Ensuring that the premises of area branches arc kept clean and provide conducive banking environment.
Appraise area staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.
Any other assignment given by the Regional office/Retail banking division.

Relevant Experience: 05 years or above branch banking / Operations

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, or higher
