Team Manager - Audit Solution, ICFR & SBP Compliance

Division/Department: Internal Audit Function

Grade Range: AVP1 to VP1.

Reports To: Unit Head Audit Solution, ICFR & SBP Compliances

a) Annual assessment of ICFR and reporting of results thereof.

b) Assist the Unit head in ensuring smooth implementation of audit solution and continuous handling/maintenance/updation across the IAF.

c) Perform all types of validation for the sake of SBP compliances and ensure timely closure of audit findings through C&ICD.

d) Ensure compliance and appropriate closure of audit findings highlighted by different audit functions/offices through C&ICD.

e) Periodically follow up with C& ICD to fetch compliance status on the Operational Audit, Management Audit and Risk Assets Review Reports.

f) Manage and Monitor overall performance of the assignment to ensure smooth completion thereof. Monitor team needs and schedules to ensure optimal utilization of audit resource.

g) Select samples for the assignments.

h) Facilitate communication with management to enable discussion on their concerns on audit engagements through conclusion meetings, if required.

i) Ensure that required audit findings have been reported adequately.

j) Review works performed by the team on timely basis and coach audit teams on ongoing basis to clarify their understanding on Audit Methodology and to keep them abreast with the recent developments.

k) Review the assignment file to determine if the work is appropriately documented and reviewed according to the engagement plan.

Any other assignment given by the 1st / 2nd Supervisor.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience of any commercial bank out of which 03 years must be with an Compliance Department/Internal Audit Function.

Qualification: MBA/M.Com/MSc in Accounting/Finance/ Mathematics/ Statistics etc. from an HEC Recognized University or ACCAs/CIAs/ACMAs/CAF will be preferred with 3 years of experience of any commercial bank.
