Unit Head Governance & Process Reengineering

Grade: VP-I/SVP

Location: Lahore

Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Lead process reengineering efforts aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes accordingly.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate transparency and alignment across the unit.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of governance and process reengineering initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to team members in implementing changes and overcoming challenges.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of governance practices and process improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff understanding and adherence to governance standards and improved processes.
Serve as a liaison with other departments or units to ensure alignment of governance and process improvement efforts with organizational goals.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in governance and process reengineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the unit.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Preference will be given to Master's degree from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of April 16, 2024.

Experience: Minimum 08 Years of Banking/Financial institution experience of managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.
