Looking for a self-motivated and responsible individual for the position of Manager for a cafe based in Islamabad. The candidate must be a jack-of-all-trades, as he will be responsible for making sure that every aspect of the business is running successfully.

The responsibilites of a Manager will include:

- Training and supervision of all of the cafe's employees and will in charge of creating weekly schedules, finding replacements and filling in for staff when there is a need

- Accountability for the café’s books, making sure that all of the expenses are within the pre-established budget, and sales meet daily and monthly revenue goals

- Managing inventory and coordinating with vendors and order supplies, as needed

- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
