We are a registered company with Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) and deal in skincare products import and subsequent sales within Pakistan. We are currently looking to expand and would like to build a resourceful team for long term growth of both our company and employees.

The Skin Maskuerade is looking for an energetic resource for Customer Sales department since we believe in providing top class services to our customers.

Typical Day At work

· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

· Generate sales leads

· Manage incoming calls/emails

· Social media handler. Reply queries on social media and redirect to relevant position

· Go the extra mile to engage customers

· Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information

· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

· Management of orders. Assist with placement/ refunds/ exchanges

· Inform customer of deals and promotions

· Reach out to influencers, social media stars, celebrities for PR

Work Timings

· 10am to 6pm – Mon-Thu, and Sat

· Sunday work from home
