To ensure timely collection, verification and dispatching of employee documentation to HO HR for all the processes which are not automated; and ensure correct policy & SOP implementation.
To ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of HR Regional record including management, faculty and non-faculty.
To ensure the implementation of all the transactions which have been automated and need to be processed through APP with the support of SOPs.

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is a professionally managed, non-profit organization set up in 1995 by a group of citizens who wanted to bring about positive social change through education. TCF is one of Pakistan’s leading organizations in the field of education for the less privileged, operating and managing over 1800 schools all over Pakistan with more than 280,000 students enrolled. Our purpose built schools, embedded in the heart of urban slums and rural communities, running successfully with a dedicated faculty and 50% student gender ratio.
