The incumbent will be responsible for managing courier services and assisting Front Desk office responsibilities.

Timely delivery of all incoming & Outgoing couriers.
To upkeep the complete record of all couriers.
Conducting address verification before sending courier.
Take measures to prevent damage or loss of packages.
Obtain signed receipts & confirmation of each delivery.
Provide status updates about couriers.
Seamless handling of donation cheque received via courier.
Timely processing for payment relating to Courier.
Strong coordination with Finance for timely payment of courier invoices of TCF.
To work and assist Sr. Front Desk Officer in Reception.
Greet & welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct all visitors to the appropriate person and department.
Politely answer all incoming phone calls and deal with all queries.
Provide basic & accurate information to callers/visitors.
Ensure the reception area is tidy & presentable with all necessary stationery & materials.

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is a professionally managed, non-profit organization set up in 1995 by a group of citizens who wanted to bring about positive social change through education. TCF is one of Pakistan’s leading organizations in the field of education for the less privileged, operating and managing over 1800 schools all over Pakistan with more than 280,000 students enrolled.
