2D Animator / VFX Artist

Are you a multimedia artist who loves to create animations? The Code IT Company is looking for a full-time 2D Animator / VFX Artist to come onboard. Our office thrives on collaboration, and you’ll be joining a team full of artistic people who love what they do and enjoy the creative process. We have exciting projects in the pipeline and are looking for the perfect animator to help us produce the best possible content.

Responsibilities

Animates realistic, story-driven character actions that are exciting, emotional, and compelling
Create 2D animation to enhance various projects, including short films, advertisements, branded logos and company website
Animates creatures, props, vehicles, and cameras, as well as actions based on storyboards, script pages or descriptions
Creates scene layouts using a library of assets
Composes and animates cameras in a cinematic style
Building up accurate, detailed, frame-by-frame visuals
liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts
creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative

Bachelor’s degree in animation or computer graphics
1-3 years’ 2D animation experience
An understanding of aspect dynamics, animation rigging/set-up, and 3D character animation
Be able to follow a brief and work on their own initiative.
