Role Description:

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer sales representative located in Lahore.
  • The Customer sales representative will be responsible for providing quality customer support and service to our clients.
  • Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer support skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field.

Salary: 40k-60k +Commission
