Manage day to day administrative and HR functions
2. Maintaining employees personal files having all relevant documents and track record (in hard and soft form)
3. Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
4. Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employees activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects, organize functions, internal and external meetings, training, surveys etc and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Communicate with public services agencies and relevant government functionaries when necessary Properly handle employees complaints and grievance Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Pursue legal cases and coordinate with legal advisor Maintain general office management and discipline
Skills and Qualifications
Master degree in HR with at least 2 years experience OR Bachelor degree in HR with at least 5 years experience in HR and administration Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution Extensive knowledge of HR policies, systems and QMS
