Responsible for managing day to day operations of administration of Rehab Center.
Ensure Customer Services and support for clients.
Ensure complete reporting system of Rehab Center.
Ensure cash flow and payment activities on time with clients with guidance of Finance Department.
Ensure accurate financial reporting system of Rehab Center.
Ensure effective procurement process for Rehab Center.
Check all site matters for controlling of any loss. Matter may include wastage of resources, poor performance, shortages, expenses etc.
Keep check in night for urgent matters.
Utility bills verification and payment on time with coordination of Finance Department.
Manage and ensure Security of the premises, Housekeeping activities, Transportation, Mess management and Repair/Maintenance of Rehabilitation Center.
Accomplish supporting staff results by planning, monitoring and coaching.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Deal with all government departments.
Supervise Assistant Managers for his Tasks.
Coordination management between Clinic, Rehab, senior management and Clients.
Residential Operations manager will be preferable.
Applicants from outside Lahore are preferable.
