Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative work.
- Exceptional leadership and organization skills.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
