We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Manage employees’ grievances
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Maintain accurate HR records, generating insightful reports, and handling administrative tasks meticulously.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Proven HR experience with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
