Preparation of the training program including the development of lesson plans, lectures, notes/handouts, periodic tests, quizzes, results, daily, weekly & monthly attendance, overall assessment and findings, coordination with parents, student retention and motivational initiatives, identification and marking of dropouts
Execution of training effectively & efficiently without deviating from the submitted plans and timelines with outstanding results for the students
Coordinating with other staff members in the planning and execution of all internal activities like timetable development, monthly tests, admission tests, assessment and result announcement processes, etc.
Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment
Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve students in challenging learning opportunities;
Provide feedback to students that will enhance their academic growth
Maintaining discipline, encouraging creativity, motivation, attitude building and grooming of class students' to optimize results.
Monitor and report student attendance;
Attend faculty meetings to formatively evaluate student progress and determine improvement strategies for students;
Complete summative evaluations highlighting students’ strengths and needs;
Staying up-to-date on trends and changes in the industry/field through personal research as well as attending seminars, conferences, etc

Requirements:

Education: BSCS/B-Tech/BS-IT
Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience (Prior teaching experience would be a plus)
Previous experience in delivering technical training or instruction, preferably in a vocational or educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility. By end of 2019 two more institutes are added in Korangi (Karachi), one for women and one for men. Korangi campus is targeted to host a state of the art Teacher’s Training and Excellence Center. Hunar Foundation’s key objective is to provide school graduates and other young adults with international standard vocational training that meets the expectations of the market, leading to employment or small business creation – and eventually economic freedom and empowerment. Hunar Foundation offers this opportunity to the underprivileged and marginalized segments of society where the need is more urgent.
