Job Responsibilities:

We are searching for a Plumbing Trainer to facilitate our students in one of our institutes in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and practical experience.

Responsibilities include teaching plumbing skills, providing quizzes and tests, working with students on foundations of plumbing and theory.
Must be knowledgeable of creative, innovative, non-traditional teaching strategies that have proven successful with students from diverse backgrounds and performing at different academic levels.
Responsible to the Principal and seniors for the following:
Responsible to follow orders and instructions given by the Principal and seniors
Responsible to maintain and keep the area of responsibility maintained and cleaned.
Responsible for cleaning of their area on daily basis.
To observe and maintain safe handling of lab equipment.
Must remain present in labs for assistance / help during practical / lab activities.
Should maintain cleaning and good housekeeping of their area / labs after practical activities.
Responsible for course file and session plans.
Responsible of Attendance & dropout ratio of the trainees.
Prepare dashboard data on monthly basis.
Responsible for the additional task’s given by the Manager institute.

Qualification:

Education: Min Bachelors Degree, Certification/DAE Plumbing
Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility. By end of 2019 two more institutes are added in Korangi (Karachi), one for women and one for men. Korangi campus is targeted to host a state of the art Teacher’s Training and Excellence Center. Hunar Foundation’s key objective is to provide school graduates and other young adults with international standard vocational training that meets the expectations of the market, leading to employment or small business creation – and eventually economic freedom and empowerment.
