Project Planning and Execution
Assisting Sr Program Manager
Evaluating Targets and Achievements as per work plan.
Monitoring performance of Hub coordinators to ensure that the performance is in compliance with the grant agreement as well as the performance expectations outlined in their work plan
Follow up, monitor ongoing activities for quality control, preparation of periodical reports on the established formats.
Review and verification of data provided by the field team before final submission to donor.
Close coordination with the monitoring and evaluation department to verify the data quality, data management, tracking tools and data synthesis in line with the performance indicators.
Ensure timely and quality reporting.
Attend all meetings related to the project.
Prepare various reports, documents & presentations regarding the project
Quarter Reports
Coordinate with Oxfam and all partners regarding the activities of the project.
Manage and organise all events, workshops and activities on behalf of TiE Islamabad for EYW project.
Prepare Pre and Post event reports
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to hub coordinators.
