Organize interviews, conduct reference checks for the possible candidates.
Coordinate with office & field staff on all HR related matters, required information and vice versa.
Provided support on all HR related matters, concerns of team at Head Office.
Assist in maintaining & updating Staff Leave Balance.
Provide support in Yearly/Mid-Year Performance Appraisal activity.
Personnel Files management as per IHHN policies and procedures/documentation.
Regular Maintenance and updating of all employees’ Personal files.
Maintain and update employee’s data base/HMIS.
Assist supervisor/staff with medical reimbursement claims.
Assist supervisor/staff with monthly attendance reports.
Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented/on boarded.
Data entry for various reports.
Any other task assigned by supervisor.
