Job Purpose / mandate:

The concern will be responsible for managing complete data record of participants qualifying such programs to have follow-up with them for refresher/recertification where necessary & applicable. It includes technological knowledge to evaluate systems that may be used for the cause.

Specific duties and responsibilities

To manage the eLearning Portal & IBP’s Website
To liaise with customers for MIS of their employees.
Provides guidance on new development tools and interface design; assists in assessing and selecting new materials, including educational software
Present sessions on emerging technologies to various departments and students
Provides training to trainers and staff in Moodle
Schedule and manage online exam support
Administers Moodle Learning Management System including course creation and enrolment
Acts as the main point of contact for administration support issues in the use educational technology
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
