Processing of ISQ Forms – New registrations, Examination of JAIBP, AIBP, Special Certificate, Comprehensive including completeness check, logging, data entry, review/scrutiny, payment reconciliation
Generation of fees report for Finance – New registration and Enrollments
Discuss and process critical enrollment cases with Assistant managers
Deadline extension emails sending and last chances expiry emails to the candidates
Process fee reconciliation
Maintain the records of the cancellation of enrollment forms and correspondence to the candidate.
Backend support during exam week
Enrollment data preparation for exam booklet printing
Enter examinee marks into system
Marker assignments tracking daily basis
Exam center floor monitoring at Karachi center
Generate award list for markers through Tasheel software system
Verification of results, subject wise, stage pass report
Prepare and validate Gold Medalist / Prize Winners reports
Life membership checking from old records during registration processing
Certificate verifications upon the receipt of received from HR departments of any organization.
Final certificate dispatching upon candidate request & records maintain of the same
IBP facilitation desk for obtain the ISQ forms and guidance regarding the ISQ program
Admit Card Verifications, Examinee status report validation for number of attempts
Provisional Certificate, stamping, envelop packing
Any other task(s) assigned as part of the exam team
