Junior Social Media Officer (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Social Media Officer with a passion for creating engaging content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will be familiar with current trends, possess excellent video editing skills, and have a keen eye for creating captivating short-form content.

Responsibilities:

Create and curate original, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
Develop creative concepts and storyboards for social media content, including but not limited to challenges, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and execute social media campaigns.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Prior experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for social media and digital marketing.

Time : 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Onsite) Monday-Friday

Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi
