We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work with our clients to cut training costs, help increase ROI for applications and software, cut support cost and improve productivity through better adoption of technologies and processes. The ideal candidate will have good technical understanding of applications and software, business analysis skills and experience in modeling business processes, good documentation skills. She or he knows how to conduct workshops and training sessions. Has an understanding of digital transformation, user experience, and change management, as well as experience in domains like content creation, instructional design, technical writing, customer success and marketing

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our clients.
Work with clients to identify their target audiences' training needs and understand their applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases for digital adoption improvement.
Develop and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to clients using available tools and resources.
Create content tailored to the client's specific use cases and needs.
Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.
Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital transformation, instruction design, and change management.
Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project manager to prioritizes deliverables.
Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
Participates in all testing i.e: Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing to ensure solution meets the needs of the client.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or relevant field (fresh/recent graduates would be preferred).
Passion to work in above mentioned domains.
Knowledge or experience has a Technical Business Analyst role digital transformation, instruction design, and change management principles and practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital systems and applications such as ERPs, CRMs, and CLMs. Knowledge of platforms such as Whatfix or Walkme is desirable.
Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
