1. Need a Self-motivated yet customer-focused marketing strategist that can force social media team to identify and acquire Customers, possess qualities of customers Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
2. Can capture market share by developing social media marketing plans, Promotions, Campaigns and programs for each product.
3. Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
4. Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
5. Maintains social media marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Education, Experience:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
4. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.)
5. Working knowledge of ad serving tools
6. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
7. Managing social media (Facebook pages), Running campaigns etc.
