Some of the areas you will be looking into:

Assigning, supervising and assisting in the formulation of legal opinions, research, drafting and vetting of legal documents/agreements.
Taking initiatives for improvement in management of legal affairs, following up on pending cases, updating on new developments in law, keeping deadlines for achieving targets.
Attending matters in respect of corporate law, banking and company matters and accordingly preparing documentation.
