Execute and monitor risk and compliance audits
Ensure effective management of the financial resources of organization and that all operations are within the policies and procedures as laid down by the management and further in compliance with best accounting practices.
Review and appraise the soundness, adequacy and application of financial and operational controls.
Take appropriate measures for the prevention of frauds and elimination of conditions inducing fraudulent actions

Assist in knowledge management process by providing accurate, sound and timely professional advice to board and management.
