Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract customers to our website and promote our online presence.
• Assist with our SEO strategy by monitoring keywords, search queries, and trends to find areas for growth and improvement.
• Stay abreast of the digital marketing landscape research and communicate on important industry trends, account beta opportunities, and new platforms to bring on and test
• Develop e-marketing content
• Evaluate, recommend and generate support for new digital marketing trends and strategies
• Regularly test and optimize user experience based on client feedback and analysis
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns. • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing and SEO optimization.
• 2-5 years optimizing websites for improved conversion rate & user experience.
• Experience working with marketing and advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, VWO, Invoca, Marketo, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS
• Experience with Google tools (GA, GTM, Search Console), hosting, marketing automation, social media, and CRMs.
• Intermediate knowledge of PH and JavaScript • Proficient in Adobe CS (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
