We are seeking a skilled and experienced male cook to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare various meals, including local and international cuisine, following established recipes and guidelines.
Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to local health and safety regulations.
Manage and order supplies as needed, keeping within budget constraints.
Develop new recipes and menu items, incorporating client feedback and dietary requirements.
Assist in the training and supervising of junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and policies.
Participate in daily meal planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal food waste.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding and addressing their dietary needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
Familiarity with local and international cuisine.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Fluency in English and/or Arabic (preferable).
A valid food certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Openness to learning and adapting to new culinary techniques and trends.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
