Time and Tune is engaged in several turnkey projects across Pakistan. We require an experienced, site supervisor at our site in Karachi. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in commercial buildings, road and steel structures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages sub-contractors
- Monitoring and controlling performance
- Surveying and record keeping
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Quantity surveying
- Cross-check sub-contractor invoices
- Test building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects
- Oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
- Have knowledge of concept design, as-built drawings, detailed design, construction techniques
- Reporting and documentation
Boarding, lodging and transport to site (from site residence) is included, if candidate wants to avail this facility
