What if you had a chance to build a product used by the most innovative startups and people in the world? That’s what we’re doing over at Tivity — we’re building a platform that startups and DAOs with a global network of unique coworking spaces.

We are looking for a passionate full stack engineer who loves to ship code and is not afraid to learn and apply new languages. Ideally, you are a self-starter, build things for fun, and are not afraid to iterate fast.

What You'll Do

Play a foundational role on our founding team dedicated to developing the pilot version of our web platform.
Brainstorm, design, and build high-quality software for our customer base by writing easily understandable, idiomatic, and high-performing code.
Become a subject matter expert in your area of technical focus, while contributing code and providing well-reasoned feedback in areas outside your primary domain.
Participate in and drive technical architecture discussions, introducing new technologies, patterns, and paradigms where necessary.
Review peers' code, and provide constructive feedback that keeps the bar high on code quality and standards.
Partner closely with the rest of the founding team to understand customer concerns and how your contributions affect our business.
Follow an agile and growth mindset to embrace challenges, ensure clear communication channels and continuous improvement of yourself and your teammates.

Skills:

Strong Full-stack software fundamentals (React, Typescript, Redux, Node js, PostgreSQL, and more)
Can quickly learn how to work with services and tools even without previous experience
Excellent written communication (design docs, specs, documentation, code reviews, post-mortems)
Impatient with execution, but patient with results (we have a bias towards speed and action)

Bonus points: 2+ years of development experience, worked at previous startups, shipped products to thousands of users, personal interest in productivity/startups/web3.
